# Does signing up for an Intelligent Capital Market account impact my personal credit score in any way?

## Hum does not run personal credit checks when you create an account

Hum does not run a credit check when you sign up for our Intelligent Capital Market, so there should be no impact on your personal credit score.

Because investors on Hum’s ICM focus deals greater than $1 million, they typically underwrite the deal based on a company’s assets, ongoing operations and overall financial profile.  Typically, there is no personal guarantee component of these transactions.
