Companies always have the option of declining the SmartRaise offer and proceeding to meet with other investors on Hum’s Intelligent Capital Market via our SmartMatch process.
Out of consideration for the preliminary terms SmartRaise investors are extending, Hum will not introduce a qualifying company to the broader marketplace while they are evaluating a SmartRaise offer.
